Ambassador Blessing R. N. Sam Echendu, born February 29, 1976, exemplifies dedication to education and humanitarian service in Nigeria. As the firstborn of the late Mr. Moses Owadiegwu Enyi Iwhere and Mrs. Dorathy Wolungbom Enyi from Rumuokani Ogbakiri, Emohua L.G.A, she has built an impressive academic foundation in her hometown of Port Harcourt.
Mrs. Blessing Echendu’s educational journey through Port Harcourt’s institutions culminated in several degrees from the University of Port-Harcourt, including a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and a Master’s Degree (M.Ed) in Education (Sociology). She further enhanced her credentials with a Post Graduate Diploma in Education (PGDE).
At Ignatius Ajuru University of Education, she is currently undertaking doctoral studies in Sociology of Education, evidence of her dedication to lifelong learning.
Ambassador Echendu has turned her natural compassion into actual work while working as a teacher with the Rivers State Government. Her charity work zeroes especially on the least fortunate in society, abused victims, rejected teenagers, Widows throughout the country.
This dedication materialized in the establishment of an orphanage, which serves not only as a haven for the disadvantaged but a venue linking philanthropic people with opportunities to contribute through resources and expertise.
Her humanitarian efforts have garnered huge significant recognition, including her appointment as an Eminent Peace Ambassador by the United Nations Peace Volunteers. She holds the distinction of being named a Prestigious Daughter of her Community and has received an Award of Honor from God’s Kingdom Mission Worldwide, acknowledging her substantial contributions to social welfare.

To remove the stigma associated with the status of orphans, abused, and abandoned children, and to create a leverage of equality for this group of children in comparison to their peers around the world, regardless of the sad circumstances into which they were born.
Our child protection policies are based on the ‘Child Right Act’, while our child protection procedures take cognizance of international standards for the protection of children.
We envision well-equipped rehabilitation institutions for the needy, as well as compassionate leaders that provide opportunities for orphaned, abused, and abandoned children to live a fulfilling life.
To ensure a society where the lives of Orphans, Abused, Abandoned children, Less Privileged and widows are greatly improved through education and health care.
To remove the stigma associated with poverty, abandonment, and abuse. To this purpose, we have focused on the poor, abandoned children, and widows in society. We intend to reduce street begging by children to an extremely low level.
Our purpose also includes the creation of homes for homeless children.
